We offer Worldwide Express Shipping.

However, if your country is not on the checkout list, please contact us (hello@holwah.com) to sort this out for you.

Countries that we are unable to ship to are Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Iran, Kazakhstan, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Palestine.

Holwah cannot deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards. 

Cash on Delivery is also available in certain countries. You can check your country's eligibility in the above table. 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

We use express delivery that guarantees the order will reach you in 1-5 working days.

If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will make sure to contact you if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or Whatsapp with the tracking number and details within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please click on the tracking link provided in the confirmation message to view the up-to-date tracking status of your order.

What happens if my package is rejected or returned?

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable after multiple attempts, Holwah reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to deduct a certain amount in the refund.

What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

In this case, kindly communicate directly with our logistics partner through the contact information provided in your shipment confirmation email or SMS. If this problem persists, please contact us via email at hello@holwah.com

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Holwah is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied upon receipt.

These charges are the responsibility of the order recipient and will vary from one country to another.
